Following a very successful event in 2011, the Snowdonia Slateman Triathlon is back in 2012, and will be even bigger and better. There are two race options; the full Slateman (1000m/51km/11km) or the Slateman sprint (400m/20km/6km).
The races will take place in the picturesque village of Llanberis, at the foot of mount Snowdon. The scenery and routes located within and around Llanberis are second to none and act as an unparallel environment for this type of event to take place.
All swimming events will be taken place at Llyn Padarn, and requires that all participants are to wear a wet suit. This event promises to be brilliant, and whether you want to take part, or simply watch, then get yourself over to Llanberis on 20th May 2012.
