Mother’s Day At St Tudno Hotel Llandudno

Lots of us have a lot to owe to our mothers – she’s the one person in the world that’s known you from before you were even born, would (and most likely has!) moved heaven and earth for you, and would do so again without question. Mother’s Day of course is the time of the year where we celebrate our mothers, and for a lot of us, a bunch of flowers just doesn’t cut it.

Most of us want to give our mothers an experience they’ll love, and it can be difficult to get the right balance, something that’s special enough but not completely over the top.

What about a nice meal at a restaurant which has been mentioned in the Michelin guide? Fine, you might think, if you could take out a personal loan in order to afford it.

Thankfully, you won’t have to do that. A very little known insider tip to the locals of Llandudno, a beautiful seaside town on the North Wales coastline dubbed the Queen of Welsh Resorts, is the St Tudno Hotel. This beautiful period building, like Llandudno in itself, has been lovingly maintained and serves to be very much the same as it was in Victorian times.

Period but clean, well maintained (and more importantly, with interiors designed to be as period as possible) and very unique, the St Tudno Hotel in Llandudno features a fantastic restaurant in Llandudno called The Terrace, which locals flock to within the winter season. Why? The Terrace has been mentioned extensively in numerous Michelin Fine Dining Guides, and boasts a pair of extremely talented chefs which provide an absolutely outstanding dining experience.

Treat your mother to good food, fine wine and service of the absolute highest order. That, as well as outstanding prices. One Course is only £9.50, Two is £14.95 and should you wish to treat your mother to bells, whistles (and a seriously tasty pudding) is only a mere £17.95.
