Santa's Grotto at the Greenwood Forest park nr Bangor & Caernarfon

This month, Santa has put some of his valuable time aside to go and visit the Greenwood forest park, giving kids the chance to go along and receive a gift, as well as the opportunity to tell him what they would like this Christmas!
Father Christmas will be visiting every weekend from the 8th December, until the 23rd, before he has to fly home to get all the presents ready for Christmas Eve. Kids get the opportunity to meet Santa, as well as play in the new indoor play area – The Enchanted WoodBarn, whilst parents can relax in the GreenOak CafĂ©!
Santa is going to be situated in the Greenwood Centre, just a short drive from both Bangor and Caernarfon. Santa Trains at Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways

December brings a visit from Santa and his elves, as they plan to ride the train between Porthmadog and Tan-y-Bwlch on the Ffestiniog Railway, giving presents to those good boys and girls that are on-board  The train trips are perfect for a family day out, as feedback from both adults and children has been of a positive nature throughout past events.





Trains will be departing from Caernarfon at 10:30, 12:30 and 14:30 on 8th/9th, 15th/16th and 22nd/23rd December 2012. Santa and his elves pass through all train journeys giving out presents to the children, along with plenty of jovial fun, laughter and jokes along the way.
When trains reach Tan-y-Bwlch or Waunfawr, there is a chance to take photographs with Santa and his helpers. Not only this, but you are able to stretch your legs and get a breath of fresh air in these wonderful scenic areas. Adults can enjoy a glass of sherry and a mince pie on the ride back.
